Feedback
Please let us know if you have (or haven’t) enjoyed events such as Oxford, Shobnall Track, Loughborough Hi Pac, Centurion Grand Prix, fun runs etc, or if there was a specific reason why you did not attend. This helps us to plan events that the children enjoy and gain benefit from.
The Summer Grand Prix
The Remaining Events are as follows:
Event 5: Throwing (during Robins sessions) (Saturday August 1st)
Event 6: Sprint (during Robins sessions) (Saturday September 5th)
To complete the grand prix and be eligible for a certificate or prizes, you must do at least four events from the six. Your best four results count towards the points. We are intending to hold the awards for the summer Grand Prix on 19th September 2009 between the two sessions as usual.

Gemma and Sam receiving their Team Trophies for the Youth Games
Hannah Cox, Nathan Lewis and Elise Hall-Dryden went to County hall last Thursday for the presentation of the 2008/09 cross country awards for league, county and district winners.
Elise and Nathan both won their district races fro North West Leicestershire to qualify for the county finals. Hannah won the year six cross country league, district and county title and was also awarded the ‘most valuable runner’ award for winning every league and county title since year three.
Well done to those Robins who went to the secondary schools athletics finals, Megan Lewis, Holly Drake, Abby Williamson. If I have missed anyone, let me know.
